    • sasa says:

You know why this country is not improving? Because everyone is made to believe that there is no hope already for this country to change for the better. I know we have to learn our bad habits for us to improve, but don’t do it at the expense of labeling our whole identity with those bad habits. Kung may heart ka talaga for this country, you should have encouraged us Filipinos to change for the better, hindi yung ganito, ipalandakan ang kapangitan nito sa iba. This is wriiten in ink, have you really thought twice before you posted this? Other countries may see this, and not everything that is in here is true, but still you posted it and even entitling it ” 50 FACTS ABOUT THE PHILIPPINES” “FACTS” pa talaga..

ShAt Up!! Speak for yourself!! KAHIT ANONG GAWIN MO U WILL NEVER BE LIKE BOB ONG kahit gaano mo IPAGSAKSAKAN SA AMIN ANG MGA PAGKAKAMALI NAMIN YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CHANGE ANYONE beCOZ YOU DO NOT HAVE THE HEART to HEAR and UNDERSTAND! dahil sa mga taong katulad mo na imbes tumulong, feeling mr/ms greatness na kasi NAKAKAPUNA NG PAGKAKAMALI!!

ASHAMED TO BE PINOY?? Alam mo kahit saang lugar ka isaksak you will always see the negative side, o di kaya kung walang negative, arrogante ang lagay mo. TRY TO COMPROMISE DIN KAYA NOH?!

  1. ProudlyPinoy says:

  3. mark losigas says:

oy gago hindi gannyan ang pinas
    pumunta ka muna sa boracay
oy sino bobo at gago nayon

  4. Ashamed to be Pinoy says:

THIS MAN SPEAKS THE TRUTH, tama ang lahat ng nasa listahan na yan. Good thing nlng I come from a gated community, fcking squatters.

  5. JED says:

totoo naman, most of us, hindi aamin, at nagagalit pa. At least meron palang concerned.

  6. Gabriel D. Benjamin III says:

It is a sad parody i guess. Coming from a fellow makes this more offensive. I cant even make a sane reaction anymore after this one. An ultimate insult for the general and even much hurtful for someone like me who, for all the hardwork and goodworks i tried to do, still there are people who would try to deeply malign , bash, abuse and humiliate US. This is the highest form of insults to name the Filipino. Never to be taken destructively, but then again i am deeply deeply hurt. I would not throw you back anything as hurting as this one. i would be praying for you. A percentage of our population might be highlighted as such but no other nationality may ever brand, name themselves such those insults. This could be a high time for such attention when many of my fellow Filipinos give back to the mother country by way of sending back dollars or accolades . Every singular act of bring back any lost dignity and reputation, must be given reproach. Your list is the last thing we expect.. not one coming from you.

  7. proudfilipina says:

actually , i don’t find this funny . as a FILIPINO CITIZEN , don’t you dare underestimate our country . racist much ? the problem with you RACISTS , is that you only look at the bad side of anything and everything . try to look on the good side and try to weigh things to which is better . wherever you’re from , i’m sure that country of yours is worse . the people living in your country has also the same UGLY personality as yours . that’s why you try to underestimate PHILIPPINES because you can’t accept the fact that PHILIPPINES is a wonderful country filled with people who are hospitable , kind , friendly etc .

  8. Lyca says:

    0. Where everyone wants to leave the country! – This is not true.

You should learn how to travel and be with the right group of people. Your perspective was entertaining but you failed as a citizen. :))

  9. tamal says:

thats why we called ourselves Filipinos and thats makes us unique, whatever it is ok lang..there is an article in UAE that say, if all the filipino will going to strike and stop to work just only for one day all over the world, the whole world will know us.in every company and office in this world there is one guy who rely sa isang pinoy..

  10. Isda says:

I am not sure if this is true. In fact it is quite racist. I am a non Filippino resident and while there is a small amount of thruth I guess the same could be applied to any country. It it was meant to be funny think you need to get another job becasue you will never be a comedian. However I guess number 2 is close to the truth.

  11. princess says:

who ever made this , was stupid,,, there are 51 facts actually and plus why would this person include 0.

    • One more Proud FILIPINO says:

fu*kin cunt… how can u be this rude! show your picture and i will kick you out Philippines myself.. DOUCHEBAG!

      • One more Proud FILIPINO says:

sorry princess.. this message is not for u… i just cannot use the reply button below lol.. [>_<] was too freaked out and wanted to slap the one who made this post badly….

  12. BITCH PLEASE. says:

    • Αρειος ο Μεγαλος says:

  13. Kaye says:

Be careful to use the words “all” and “every”, because not all Filipinos are like that. For example, not “all” 13-year-olds are alcoholic. Probably you live in a place where these points are reality to you, but as a Filipino staying in the Philippines, they are not true.

  14. Reality says:

I must admit, some of these are definitely true. I myself is a Filipino but I’am, and never will, be ashamed of that. For those who have violent reactions on this blog, I understand why such harsh words are being said. And it’s good to know that it shows there are still people who’s willing to make a stand for this race. However, as we all know, reason why there are such reactions is because of the fact that majority of what was mentioned, are sadly true. For those who agree with the blogger with neutral reactions only means that they have accepted this fact, and probably, for some, thinks that this is something that we can’t get away with. And the sad thing about this? Since that’s their perspective, and I’m not saying in general, it just means that they won’t do anything to make a change. We Filipinos are very defensive when we hear ‘not-good-or-not-so-good’ things about us. And worse, though we ‘defend’ ourselves by responding with this comments, opinions, or reactions, we actually don’t do anything to change this effin’ system. =( Now, don’t me wrong. Everyone is entitled to have their own opinion. Just like you, I’m giving mine.

  15. Pilipinas Kay Pangit! says:

This is all true, sad to say. Is why I’ve given up on the Philippines and am planning to fly abroad at first chance. Walang pag-asa ang Pilipinas… I’m saying it and I’m an Isko! What the heck!

  16. PROUD TO BE PINOY ! says:

We can’t blame others for their opinion,we should accept the fact as Filipino. We shouldn’t act guilty for it doesn’t our fault ..
Whats wrong there is, how governments govern their people??
    and where is “LAW” ?
No wonder why its happening in our country because of our good model in (corruptions)..

  17. Uhinkklk says:

I broadcast a buong Mundo! Dahil Diyan tourism Ng ba sa natin bababa at ikaw Ang masisisi

  18. Don'tgiveuponourcountry says:

How about 5 Facts About Yourself? Will you write this way too?

Yes, this is a reality-check act but let me ask you “What did you do for the country if you’re a Filipino or if not, how did you know all of those you listed?”

Racist who has no enough bases…Take care.

  21. ProtectPhils says:

Who the heck did this? What if your country was Philippines? What IF I KICK YOUR BUTT? What will happen? MAYBE, you’re a disgrace in your country that’s why you’re doing this? OH! REMOVE THE MAYBE. YOU’RE A DISGRACE, MEN. IDIOTIC. NOTHIN’ TO DO WITH HIS LIFE. YOUR COUNTRY’S JUST A SEA, PHILIPPINES IS OCEAN. STUPID

  22. xyxy says:

wow look?! A blogger who wrote 50 things about Phil and some things are not even real? seriously? do you really know what you’re talking about? or you just wrote it, without even studying our country? LOOOL! get a life dude. you surely don’t know anything about Phil. Douchebag! :))))

  23. Decendant of Ensergio says:

not all entries here are accurate… like the number 34. “all 13-year-olds are alcoholic.” Nah! I’ve got a lot of 13-year-old students who aren’t alcoholic.. you said “all” right? so how is this true? try to think and check these things you consider “facts” before you share it to public.

spare your mouth from angry arrows or you’ll be hit and you’ll regret much… tight hugs until you choked out. 😛

  24. iampin0y says:

yes, all of these are true. . but these are merely just a pinch of what the Philippines has to offer to you in terms of good things. And the author of this fu*king article is not considered a Filipino. Hes a big disgrace to this beautiful race. And an idiot, a fool, a motherfu*ker, and an ugly horse type face.

  25. iampin0y says:

yes, all of these are true. . but these are merely just a pinch of what the Philippines has to offer to you in terms of good things. And the author of this fu*king article is not considered a Filipino. Hes a big disgrace to this beautiful race. And an idiot, a fool, a motherfu*ker, and an ugly horse type face. (any more adjectives to describe this guy? Add up guys)

  26. donick says:

Wow ha!Grabe…Kung pilipino ka man..

  27. jerz says:

LOL! This is really funny cause everything on it is true! I’m an ordinary, Manilenyo, middle-class Filipino…and for me..these are real views about the lives of most people in the Philippines… Those who commented that these things aren’t real or that it’s racist probably are from the “above middle-class.” I myself has the same opinion about the Filipinos but I just smiled because it’s not really shameful, it’s what makes us different..It’s not sad…it’s enlightening..It’s not racist…it’s the truth… I accepted it cause no country is perfect..Everyone has their own funny fact about their country…and this is ours…. though the only bad thing (which might also be the cause of the OA bad comments) is that the title is too concrete…it says 50 FACTS…it’s like these are the only ones… we do have lots of good facts about Filipinos “you know” (Paquiao 2011 hihi) therefore I suggest that the title shouldn’t be what is…Smile my comrades! Don’t be such a PIKON! hehe

  28. Laira Leal (@lairalovehks) says:

OO yung iba totoo. Pero Pilipino rin kayo diba? WOW? Proud pa na ganan yung bansa mo. At isa pa MAY NAGAWA KA NA BA PARA MAAYOS YUNG BANSANG NAGBIBIGAY SAYO NG KAILANGAN MO PARA MABUHAY?

    • HypocritusApatheticus says:

Harsh realities talaga to sa ating bansa. Siguro dun sa salitang “…FACTS…” tayo subconsciously na-OFF. At saka tayo nagreact ng ganito when someone such as this blogger presented to us his/her opinion about these “FACTS”. Eh ano nangyari after niyo magreact? Did you suddenly have a change of heart? Naging MAKABAYAN ka na ba? Aba dapat lang, do something about it.

Kaya kayo wag lang puro salita, hala sige, magpakaMAKABAYAN na kayo nang totoo while me, after posting this comment, will carry on with my hipocrite, batugan and apathetic life.

Isipin niyo, kritikal magisip at hindi bulag ang blogger na to dahil nakapagbigay siya nang mga pangit na FACTS about sa bayan natin. And that is up to us para mabago ang mga facts na to, unless kung wapakels ka eh di sige, wag pilitin ang ayaw 😛

KUDOS to the blogger… we see you rollin’, they hatin’ but not me.

  29. ce jay daludado says:

Yes those statements are most likely true. But do we need to disclose such socially degrading facts to the public especially to the “inter”net? Are we happy describing ourselves in such pessimistic lines? We are indeed Filipinos. If we continue doing this, even when the poorest nation in earth will rise, we are still in rags claiming ourselves in those statements and blaming each other especially the government. Our progress lies not on the gov’t itself but depends on the whole country. Shame on us.

  30. EHHHHHHHH says:

  31. FREIZA says:

    hoii hindi naman
ALL 13 year old are alcoholic nohh !!!

  32. manyx says:

you’re making yourself truly a “SHIT EXAMPLE” but it’s for fun only – good. the problem here since most of these’ not true, what if INTRN’L READERS find this page and dreaming/planned to go to the PHILIPPINES – you’re FUCK!!!!! you’re pushing/unwelcome money income out of our country…you need to study harder on economics, businesses and maybe medical to make more progress for the country…U JERK!!!!!!

  33. chris says:

TAKE THIS AS A POSITIVE CRITICISM!!!

    • USAis#1 says:

What a craphole of a country you funny little people come from. And stop it with all the ooga booga talk. Nobody understands you in America except for your fellow janitors.

      • stop racism says:

it’s not our fault that you don’t understand or talk in Tagalog. we, Filipinos, are very smart, and independent.
I think it is very ironic that SOME of the people in America or in any country talks about bullying and ways on how to stop racism, but continuous to do them instead. tsk tsk 😒😒😒

    • chin chang ya says:

His way on criticizing is not good. Yeah you guys can take it as positive criticism but he should have written it on the nicer way. And I guess your fellow Filipinos doesn’t fight for the wrong thing but they just want this guy who wrote this blog to be nice. Can you get what they mean and I mean?

  34. lulli says:

  35. not a hater. says:

I know that everyone has a right to their own opinions, but this covers everyone, which I think is wrong.. most of the children in the philippines are still trying their BEST to achieve what they want, and what they dream of. for #0 most people leave the philippines only because they want to earn money for their families, so that they will have better futures.. for #41 we should be proud that we can speak Tagalog, and is there anything wrong if we only speak Tagalog and not English, it is our language after all.

most of the pointers or facts are true, but they insult a lot of people, specially Filipinos.

to those racist people out there insulting philippines or any country and nation you should be ashamed of yourselves. you have no right to bully, be racist, or to insult any nation. it is not your opinion it is stepping on a persons nationality.

Ang sarap kayang sabihin na PILIPINO AKO even though I’m not a Filipino I am still Filipino 100% at heart and mind. One of the best people ang mga Pilipino na nakilala ko. Sana matutunan ng taong sumulat nito kung pano mahalin ang sarili niyang lahi kasi for sure kung may ibang lahi na makakabasa nito pagtatawanan lang siya at sasabihing kawawa naman tong taong to.This blog should be erased. Ang bad WORST FILIPINO EVER tong nagsulat nito.

P.s-I’m not a pure Filipino I just grew up and raised here. I know that Filipinos are great people. Maybe not all but all I can say they are the best no matter what happen they will still accept you. Btw, I’m Chinese. Despite of what’s happening between my country and your country guys and what my fellow Chinese did to Filipinos in HK (the throwing of bottles issue, discrimination) you guys still accept us Chinese here, you never discriminated us but instead you hugged us and let us stay here. Thank you for that ((:

it is really saddening when you realize that what makes our country rotten is because of the people who instead of giving away positive outlook prefers to makes a blog and GLOAT, (and I’m really giving an emphasis to the “GLOAT”)how our country became what it is today. there are so many good things that we can say, why do you have to say those hurtful words? aren’t you a Filipino too?i don’t know what came in to you to make you do this blog but if you really have nothing good to say just SHUT YOUR TRAP!

The Philippines is a truly beautiful country. It is blessed with many natural resources and rich islands. Even the Filipino people are very friendly and courteous. They treat everyone with respect. They also welcome visitors and guests warmly. If you are a real Filipino, instead of showing others the negative facts of your own country, you should be PROUD of it. Don’t waste your time writing useless facts about the Philippines, instead, be the key to open our minds and hearts about what’s happening in our country. Or for short, start the CHANGE! 🙂

Yes, “SOME” are true.

Kahit munti, alam kong mayroon.
